The site is capable of making screws/bolts in sizes ranging from M12-M16 in varying materials, head and thread types, as well as secondary operations.

MultiTech Machined Components: Located in Elgin, IL, this 36,000 sq. ft facility has hydromats, CNC machines, Davenports and state of the art tool room to ensure upkeep of all equipment and timely shipments of product. With a battery of 21 hydromats at this facility, we can make complex machined parts from bar stock at speeds and feeds unparalleled in the industry.

MultiTech Metal Forming: Located in Woodstock, IL, this progressive die facility boasts of press sizes from 30-400 tons. With state of the art tool room equipped with wire EDM capability as well as CNC machining centers. With in house tool design/construction capability and quick turnaround, this facility is an ideal choice for medium/high volume stamping needs.
