MultiTech Industries, Inc. announces the acquisition of Alliance Manufacturing, Inc.

MultiTech Industries is pleased to announce the acquisition of assets of Alliance Manufacturing located in Elgin IL. Through the formation of MultiTech Machined Components LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of MultiTech Industries, Inc., the manufacturing facilities of Alliance Manufacturing, will continue their operations under MultiTech ownership.
The acquisition of Alliance Manufacturing represents a step forward in creating our evolving domestic manufacturing footprint to serve the needs of our customer base. Alliance manufacturing extensive equipment list consists of 18 Hydromats, seven Davenports, two CNC star lathes and a state of the art in house tool room for all of our tooling needs.
This acquisition is evidence of our commitment to build a leading metal component manufacturing and assembly firm that is first choice in the marketplace. The focused expansion of MultiTech Industries is based upon the strategy of providing our customers with high engineering value machined components through domestic manufacturing capabilities utilizing advanced technology, world class quality, engineering and design to better compliment our existing global manufacturing and distribution capabilities.
