MultiTech Industries, Inc. announces the acquisition of MMG Engineered Components.

MultiTech Industries is pleased to announce the acquisition of assets of MMG Engineered Components located in Franklin Park IL. Through the formation of MultiTech Cold Forming LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of MultiTech Industries, Inc., the manufacturing facilities of MMG Engineered Components, will continue their operations under MultiTech ownership.
The acquisition of MMG further represents a step forward in creating our evolving domestic manufacturing footprint to serve the needs of our customer base. MMG's extensive single die and multi die equipment list brings tremendous capability in the custom cold forming arena.
This acquisition is evidence of our commitment to build a leading metal component manufacturing and assembly firm that is first choice in the marketplace. The focused expansion of MultiTech Industries is based upon the strategy of providing our customers with high engineering value cold formed components through domestic manufacturing capabilities utilizing advanced technology, world class quality, engineering and design to better compliment our existing global manufacturing and distribution capabilities.
